The youth vote is in, and it says Obama will win

Based on the Polls, the infatuated media, the kid's vote ( wrong twice in history) and the current state of the Nation, I think Barack Obama will be the next President. I will not be one of those voting for him, but I will call him Mr. President out of Respect for the Office. I will not be like the Bush and McCain Bashers and dis-respect the Office of President. I will work to make sure that the time Barack Obama is in office is wasted. I will contact my representatives and make sure they understand how I feel on the various bills. I will not allow Barack Obama to turn America into a welfare state or a socialist republic.

I find it funny that everytime someone mentions anything about Obama, the Democrats all cry "Don't bring RACE into the election!" The funny thing is: OBAMA is the only one who ever brought RACE into the election! His baloney about "I don't look like all the other Presidents on the dollar bill" made him fair game for anything!

Oh boy here we go. I have not read the book, but I'll bet my last dollar that those quotes need to be read in the context of the book itself. At the age of 12 or 13, every young man and woman is looking for a sense of identity. He was 12. Not 42, 12. The last quote may simply infer that if there was a general outlash against the amaerican muslim community, that he would defend them against racial attack. As would I and hopefully the majority of Americans. Again, I have not read the book, and if people place the qoutes of the book on this site without reading it, then they are to blame for being mis-informed and spreading lies.

Even children know Obama will be a better President than McCain:~) McCain can call himself a Maverick all he wants but he is still a Republican. A real Maverick would be Independent Party.

Yesterday I attended a Mccain/Palin rally and there were a few noisy stupid protesters there..everyone of the Mccain supporters were very respectful and just ignored their rantings..........luckily my son  who is an Infantryman and carries the saw and who is on his 18 day R&R from Iraq decided not to come with me cause he would of picked those people up and thrown them... my son wieghts 230# and is a body builder....He really does not care about politics or  who wins this election...but he would of been really ticked off at some of the things those ignorant folks were yelling..lies about soldiers...about his comrades about him....I had a hard time myself not lashing back at them...so this is the way the Dems act this is the type of people that are voting for Barack Hussein Obama...they thrash the very people that are protecting them and would elect a person who from his own words dispises the white race and clings to Islam...read his book it's all there....

In reality, the kids have never been wrong.  Dewey probably should've won.  And Nixon did win over Kennedy until an mysterious influx of votes in Illinois (helped out by the Chicago mob) put Kennedy over the top.

To All My Friends, this is long, but very important, please take the time to read it.

This election has me very worried.  So many things to consider. About a year ago I would have voted for Obama. I have changed my mind three times since than. I watch all the news channels, jumping from one to another. I must say this drives my husband crazy.  But, I feel if you view MSNBC, CNN, and Fox News, you might get some middle ground to work with. 

About six months ago, I started thinking "where did the money come from for Obama".  I have four daughters who went to College, and we were middle class, and money was tight.  We (including my girls) worked hard and there were lots of student loans. I started looking into Obama's life. 

Around 1979 Obama started college at Occidental in California .  He is very open about his two years at Occidental, he tried all kinds of drugs and was wasting time but, even though he had a brilliant mind, did not apply himself to his studies. "Barry" (that was the name he used all his life) during this time had two roommates, Muhammad Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan . 
 

During the summer of 1981, after his second year in college, he made a "round the world" trip.  Stopping to see his mother in Indonesia , next Hyderabad  Indiaq, three weeks in Karachi , Pakistan where he stayed with his roommate's family, then off to Africa to visit his father's family. 

My question - Where did he get the money for this trip?  Nether I, nor any one of my children would have had money for a trip like this when they where in college. When he came back he started school at Columbia University in New York .  It is at this time he wants everyone to call him Barack - not Barry. 

 Do you know what the tuition is at Columbia ?  It's not cheap! to say the least. Where did he get money for tuition?  Student Loans? Maybe. 

After Columbia , he went to Chicago to work as a Community Organizer for $12,000. a year.  Why Chicago ?  Why not New York ? He was already living in New York .

By "chance"  he met Antoin "Tony" Rezko, born in Aleppo Syria , and a real estate developer in Chicago .  Rezko has been convicted of fraud and bribery this year. Rezko, was named "Entrepreneur of the Decade" by the Arab-American Business and Professional Association". 

 About two years later, Obama entered Harvard Law School .  Do you have any idea what tuition is for Harvard Law School?  Where did he get the money for Law School ?  More student loans?

After law school, he went back to Chicago . Rezko offered him a job, which he turned down.  But, he did take a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Guess what? They represented "Rezar" which Rezko's firm.  Rezko was one of Obama's first major financial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago .  In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago Tribune reporter David  Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing Obama with "seed money" for his U.S. Senate race.

In 2005, Obama purchased a new home in Kenwoood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than asking price). With ALL those Student Loans - Where did he get the money for the property?  On the same day Rezko's wife, Rita, purchased the adjoining empty lot for full price.

The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born Billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama's new home was purchased.  Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.

Now, we have Obama running for President. Valerie Jarrett, was Michele Obama's boss.  She is now Obama's chief advisor and he does not make any major decisions without talking to her first. 

Where was Jarrett born? Ready for this? Shiraz , Iran !  Do we see a pattern here?  Or am I going crazy?

On May 10, 2008 The Times reported, Robert Malley advisor to Obama was "sacked" after the press found out he was having regular contacts with "Hamas", which controls Gaza and is connected with Iran .  This past week, buried in the back part of the papers, Iraqi newspapers reported that during Obama's visit to Iraq , he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will "Take care of things". 

Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that where born in Pakistan ? They are in charge of all those "small" Internet campaign contribution for Obama.  Where is that money coming from?  The poor and middle class in this country?  Or could it be from the Middle East ? 

And the final bit of news.  On September 7, 2008, The Washington Times posted a verbal slip that was made on "This Week" with George Stephanapoulos. Obama on talking about his religion said, "My Muslim faith".  When questioned, "he made a mistake".  Some mistake!

I'm always curious to know what people mean they say "we don't really know Obama."  Is that some kind of code?  I think we know him as well as we know any other politician.  I don't hear anyone saying "we don't really know Palin, or McCain or Biden."  I'll bet most people never heard of Palin before McCain declared her fit to be VP, but they're more willing to take her a face value than Obama.  What's that about, people?  Obama has been very open about who he is, what he stands for and what he'll do as POTUS.  So, what are you confused about? I have my opinions, but I would love to hear yours.

Unbelievable! The namecalling and personal attacks have got to stop.. on both sides!

We all have our country's best interest at heart.. we just have different visions about what that "best" is.. The fact that anyone, be they liberal, conservative or anything else, cares enough about this country to actually take the time to vote speaks volumes about that person.

Regardless of our politics, we are on the same team here. We all want to be safe, prosperous and healthy. We want the best for our children... as well as our neighbor's children.

So, while I may not agree with the McCain/Palin philosophies, I refuse to call any of my countrymen "stupid" if they do. It sets a bad example for the children featured in this article who, one day soon, will be a part of this beautiful democratic process.

Those who have decided on McCain will vote McCain.. and I doubt calling them ignorant will bring them around to your way of thinking. Those who have decided on Obama will vote Obama.. and calling them socialists will not sway them to vote republican. Those who vote for one of the other 13 candidates have also made their choices based on their own ideas.

We should all feel free to point out errors reported from "the other side" but you can certainly do that without calling someone's intelligence into question.

Paul, Very interesting. MSM is soooo in the tank for BHO. If you look at Drudge, there are at least 3 articles about fraudulant voter registration and ACORN but not one at msnbc.

I have to agree with jacki. People who say  "we don't really know Obama." just want to hear something else besides what they already know which is he is a good canidate just like Mccain said. Fear tactic plain and simple and it is desperate. Mccain will buy bad mortgages from the bank at full price making banks and welfare receipients happy. Because if you can not afford to pay your mortgage why would you pay uncle sam? Mccain said he knows we will lose money on this but will proceed because he needs to welfare Democratic vote.

very intersting stuff...see Hollywood and the Lefty media does not want to bring the truth out about Obama their Messiah, that is why they do not question any of this...that is why we are going to end up with a Dem congress and a Dem president...If any of you do not remember the Carter years then maybe you better ask a few people who lived through them.......It was not pretty...you can not instill more taxes on on the country during a time of recession that is just foolish........but go ahead and elect Obama   at least when the Country takes a nose dive you can't blame the Repeublican's.....well silly me of course you will cause thats what Dems do is look to the past.....but you never look at the blunders of the dems....after all it was Clinton who wanted Nafta...It was Clinton who deregulated the banks...It was Clinton who had Osama Bin Laden in his sights 2 times and he let him slip through his fingers ( he however was holding on tight to Monica)and it was Clinton who put his tali between his legs and high tailed it out of Somolia which ended up inspiring the attacks of 9/11...well I could go on and on but you get the drift so if you want to look back and place blame...better clean your own house first.....

my thoughts,

 my son is 21 he is in the Infantry...volunteered to serve his country.. my other son is in the USMC going to college to be an officer...they both were raised to believe that to serve others is a privledge and to serve this Country is an honor. I believe I did a decent job raising them..while I see so many kids out on the streets doing drugs, robbing banks and stores and just hanging around being a drudge on society..these are still the people that my sons and others like them are defending with their very lives..these ar the very people that Obama wants to give hand outs to...while I am all for helping the poor and those that want to go to school..etc but I am opposed to giving hand outs to tjose who do nothing to better themselves or their community.........

I think McCain does not want to be so negative towards Obama's character anymore because old John had no idea that such hateful idiots would publicly show their ignorant hatred like those, in all their stupidity, who would yell 'Off with his head'.  Off with THEIR heads.  We don't need ignorant hateful people in this Peace-Loving Nation.  Even the children of those hateful idiots are turning away from their parents' ignorant hateful views.  It is unfortunate that parents and pastors/ministers actually teach their children to be such fanatical hateful beings.  Right-wing hateful fanatics should not be allowed to breed.  The young people show better manners at rallies than the old hateful fanatics.

Kind of embarrassing that it takes innocent open-minded young people to see the truth and good while the elders are confused.  It doesn't take a genius to see the mess this country has been in for the last 8 years, not to mention the lies and corruption, and that we HAVE to go in the other direction.  I believe both parties have some good to them.  I do not believe that one party is all good while the other party is all bad - I think that is stupid and naive.  I believe to get the best of both worlds you have to take turns, Republicans can't be in The White House all the time and neither can the Democrats.
